• Created custom training documents that helped foster stronger client relationships through regularly scheduled online Zoom presentations. 
• Served as a trusted subject matter expert to clients through these online trainings to provide solutions. 
• When creating a custom project, each new presentation would be an opportunity to listen to client's latest questions and provide answers. 

Client Communication:

• Welcomed clients to our marketing firm through a custom on-boarding process. 
• Conducted an online or in person meeting to ensure they understood the services we would be providing, address questions and concerns, review strategy and their project launch.

Leadership: 

• Acted as the client advocate to achieve the client objectives. I worked mainly independently, but also ALWAYS as a team member to keep production flowing, and ask/answer questions.

Client Retention: 

• Increased the number of agency retainer accounts and revenue by taking on responsibility as the sole contact for Client Retainer Accounts throughout the entire client life-cycle to ensure brand consistency and satisfaction.
